Please be sure to read and be familiar with all policy, rules, and fees prior to requesting use of our church facilities or submitting an application form. Return all forms and payments to the church office either by mail or in person (call the office for office hours).
Non-members may email a form to confirm fees or date availability but such applications cannot be considered until all fees have been received; at this time, however, we have no way of collecting electronics payments.
Cornerstone Members: Unless your event is a pre-approved regularly scheduled education/ministry group activity please fill out a form even if no fees are involved. You can email your application by using the forms below (acrobat or text) listed below, or fill out the online form where indicated.
Reminder: All requests should be made at least 3 months in advance of your event.
Reminder: In some cases the use of church facilities may require council approval, the council meets only once per month.
Reminder: Requests cannot be considered without a completed form and the prepayment of all necessary fees.
